Matthew and Arielle Tufts, Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioners, earned their undergraduate and graduate degrees together at MCPHS University, graduating magna cum laude and summa cum laude, respectively. Dedicated to advancing their expertise, they obtained extensive education in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and Medically Assisted Weight Loss.
With over 12 years of clinical experience, they are now bringing their vision to life—offering personalized, patient-centered care focused on hormone optimization, longevity, and disease prevention.
REDEFINING HEALTHCARE
At Title Wellness of Medfield, they are redefining healthcare by moving beyond the one-size-fits-all approach, focusing on root causes rather than just treating symptoms. As parents of two young boys, they are especially passionate about helping reverse the decline in life expectancy, recognizing the urgent need for proactive, preventative care.
